Most manufacturers require a yearly service by a Gas Safe registered engineer to keep the warranty valid. More importantly, it’s how small problems get caught before they become a winter breakdown.
We check gas pressure and combustion with a calibrated analyser, clean the burner and heat exchanger where needed, inspect seals, flue and condensate, and test every safety device.
If you have an unvented cylinder, we can service it at the same visit. They need an annual check too.

How often should a boiler be serviced?
Every 12 months. It’s required by most manufacturers’ warranties.
Can you service my unvented cylinder at the same time?
Yes, and it’s recommended. Unvented cylinders should be checked annually by a G3-qualified engineer.
