I can smell gas. Should I call you?
No. Call the National Gas Emergency Service first on 0800 111 999, open windows and don’t use switches. Once they’ve made it safe, we can repair the appliance.
Do you charge more out of hours?
Out-of-hours call-outs have a separate rate. We’ll always tell you the cost on the phone before we set off.
