Boiler repairs, fault-finding and breakdowns
No heating, no hot water, low pressure or a fault code on the display. Our engineers diagnose the cause, not just the symptom, and carry common parts for most Vaillant and Baxi boilers.

Most breakdowns come down to a handful of causes: low system pressure, a frozen condensate pipe, a failed fan or pump, a diverter valve or a faulty PCB. We find which it is, explain it, and give you the price before we start.
If a repair isn’t worth doing on an old boiler, we’ll tell you straight and show you what a replacement would cost, so you can decide.

Questions, answered
Can’t see your question? Call 07702 155 576. You’ll speak to an engineer, not a call centre.
Do you repair all makes?
Yes, we diagnose all makes. We’re specialists in Vaillant and Baxi and carry common parts for both.
My boiler pressure keeps dropping. Why?
Usually a small leak, a failing pressure relief valve or a faulty expansion vessel. Repressurising treats the symptom; we find the cause.
Is it worth repairing an old boiler?
If it’s over 12–15 years old and needs a major part, replacement is often better value. We’ll give you both prices.
